Analytical Cannabis Expo 2020 is Cancelled
Due to the increasing spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the U.S. and on the basis of recommendations from San Mateo County Health as well as international health authorities, we feel compelled to cancel the Analytical Cannabis Expo 2020.
Our attendees and partners are always our priority, and as such the health and wellbeing of our attendees, speakers, exhibitors and staff must come before anything else. As a result, we are cancelling the Analytical Cannabis Expo 2020 scheduled for March 24-25, 2020, in San Francisco.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this cancellation will cause.
We will be working with our speakers to produce a digital version of the event. We are in the planning stages of this project but hope to be able host this new, digital online symposium very soon.
This will ensure that the fantastic scientific discussion planned for San Francisco will not go unheard and will now reach a larger audience through our online platform.
We will provide all event participants with an update as soon as possible.

Are there any rules regarding the soliciting of products?
The solicitation of products and services and distribution of literature and samples is strictly limited to exhibitors within their designated booth space.
Do I need to wear a name tag?
You will receive your name tag at the door when you first arrive at the conference. Please make sure you wear it the whole time you are in the conference space.
Are there any rules regarding the use and sale of cannabis and cannabis products?
The distribution or sale of any products containing cannabis is strictly prohibited at the Analytical Cannabis Expo in all areas of the exhibit hall, session room, networking areas and all other venue space where conference events are conducted. Any individual who possesses, distributes or consumes any cannabis-based products is solely responsible for their compliance with local and state regulations.
Will food be available at the Expo?
We provide snacks and refreshments throughout your time at the conference. This includes drinks at breakfast, a morning and afternoon coffee break, and lunch.
Is there a dress code?
Dress will range from business casual to business professional.
Will Wi-Fi be provided?
Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference space.
